Patient 25 years old.
First pregnancy, spontaneous, she does not remember her last menstrual period, so the pregnancy is dated by a first trimester ultrasound that for the day of this study must have been 36 weeks old.
The patient does not smoke, neither use illicit drugs or have any known collagenopaties.
We had observed that this baby was not growing as supposed since 4 weeks ago. Since then we began aspirin 100mg/day, calcium tablets 1gr/day, L-Carnitine 1gr/day and weekly doses of bethamethasone for lung maduration.
