The World Health Organisation has warned that a deadly strain of flu has “pandemic potential”. In Mexico 20 have been confirmed dead. Schools and other public buildings have been closed in an effort to try to stop the spread of swine flu. But there have already been confirmed cases across in Kansas and California and New York. Al Jazeera’s Nadim Baba reports.
