when i played emergency 3 for the first time i actually failed the first mission XD at the time i didnt know you had to cool down the car and when the tow truck picked it up the trucked exploded on me lol
what i usually do is i send 1 fire truck into the alway near the store,sent 1 truck opposite of the one in the alley, and sent 1 truck in front of the store near all the victims. It works pretty well for me.

in the first emergency you have a mission with a busaccident and a hurricane as well
